Experience the Benefits of Massage

There are many reasons that people seek out massage therapy. The health benefits you may notice include;

Hot Stone Massage Therapy

Smooth, heated, flat stones can be used along with your therapeutic massage to relax muscles. It allows your massage therapist to apply a deeper form of pressure that improves circulation and calms your nervous system. The basalt stones we use are formed when lava cools after a volcanic eruption.

Insurance Information

All of our massage therapists are registered through MTAS, NHPC or RMTA’s certification programs. We can do direct billing or give you a receipt that you can submit. If you have been in a work or car accident, our therapists can provide WCB- and SGI-approved massages.

How to Get the Most Out of a Massage

After you’ve had a massage, be sure that you drink plenty of water. It will flush out the toxins released during your massage and keep your tissues hydrated. You can take a bath with Epsom salts to soothe and calm your muscles afterward, which will enhance the benefits and relieve any next-day stiffness.
